From Houston Audubon's Jason Bonilla:
We had our March survey at Woodland Park this morning with 18 species observed. An Osprey perched over Little White Oak bayou all morning allowing close up views from every angle. Les took some really great in flight photos of the Osprey on our final pass. I think that was the bird of the day for me. The full list is pasted below and the chart for all years is attached. Our next survey will be on Saturday, April 8th.
Every month Jason Bonilla, from the Houston Audubon Society, leads a group through Woodland Park and records the species and number of the birds they observe. If you'd like to join us for our hikes through the park please visit our calendar to find the next date and time.
