From Jason Bonilla with the Houston Audubon:
We had our Woodland Park walk this morning with 19 species. We saw a Least Flycatcher today which is new for the park. A couple of Red-vented Bulbuls were seen as well. The list is pasted below and the chart for all years is attached. Our next walk will be on June 24th (I'll be in California for most of June) and will plan to have the survey on the third Saturday of the month starting in July for this next cycle, which will be our 7th year for the survey.
Every month Jason leads a group through Woodland Park and records the species and number of the birds they observe. If you'd like to join us for our hikes through the park please visit our calendar to find the next date and time.
